Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 July 2026
MenStyleFashion is operated by 2035 Agency LLP ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit menstylefashion.com, why, and what rights you have. We are the data controller.
Who we are
MenStyleFashion is published by 2035 Agency LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales (registration number OC458940), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. For any question about this policy or your data, write to privacy@menstylefashion.com.
What we collect
We have deliberately built the site to collect as little as possible. We do not operate reader accounts, we do not run a comment system, and we do not currently operate a newsletter, so we do not ask you for your name, email, or any account details to read the site.
The data processed when you visit falls into two groups.
Technical data, automatically processed. Like any website, our hosting and infrastructure providers process certain technical information needed to deliver the site to you — your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request. This is a normal part of serving web pages, and for the most part we do not use it to identify you.
Analytics data, only with your consent. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which articles are read, how visitors arrive, and roughly where in the world our readers are. This involves cookies and the processing of usage data by Google. We load Google Analytics only after you have given consent through our cookie banner. If you do not consent, these cookies are not set and this data is not collected. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.
We may in future also use audience and advertising tools provided by Meta (Facebook). Where we do, they will be listed in the Cookie Policy and will likewise load only with your consent.
Why we process it, and our legal basis
Under the UK GDPR our legal bases are:
To deliver and secure the website (technical data): our legitimate interest in operating a functioning, secure publication, and the technical necessity of serving the pages you request.
To measure and improve the site (analytics): your consent, which you give or withhold through the cookie banner and can change at any time.
To respond to you if you contact us by email: our legitimate interest in answering correspondence.
Where your data goes
Our infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: Supabase provides our database, hosted in the European Union (Ireland); Cloudflare provides media storage and content delivery; Vercel provides website hosting and delivery; and Google provides analytics, where you have consented, and may process that data outside the UK and EU, including in the United States, under the data-transfer safeguards Google provides.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep analytics data only as long as it is useful for understanding site performance, in line with the retention controls Google Analytics provides. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to deal with the matter you wrote about. We do not build long-term profiles of individual readers.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent to analytics at any time. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@menstylefashion.com.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the European Union, you may instead complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change — for example, if we launch a newsletter or enable additional analytics. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
